What does a registered agent actually do?

Your registered agent receives legal and government mail on behalf of your business: service of process, state notices, and compliance documents. We scan everything the day it arrives and forward it to you.

Do I need a registered agent?

Yes. Every LLC and corporation is required by its state to maintain a registered agent with a physical address in the state of registration.

Can you also form my business?

Yes. Choose the formation path and we file your entity and serve as your agent. Our formation service fee is $40.00 plus the state filing fee, which is a pass through government charge shown at checkout.

How much does it cost?

Registered agent service is $39.99 for the first year, then $125.00 per year. Prepay two years for $156.74 or three years for $260.99.

Which states do you serve?

We currently serve Delaware and Nevada, with more states coming soon. Join the waitlist for your state and we will notify you when it opens.

What about an EIN or a BOIR filing?

Both are optional add-ons at $350.00 each. We obtain your federal EIN from the IRS and prepare and file your Beneficial Ownership Information Report.

Can I get a refund?

Registered agent and formation fees, including state fees, are refundable before the state fees are transmitted to the agency. Add-ons are refundable within 14 days as long as no agency fees have been paid.

How do I receive my mail?

Everything we receive is scanned and stored in your online document vault, with a new item indicator and download history. You always have a record of what arrived and when.

What will my registered agent appear as on public filings?

Your registered agent is listed as MyClicx LLC, State National Auto Services LLC, or as Nour Abdelaziz, Registered Agent.

What will the charge look like on my bank statement?

Charges may appear as MyClicx LLC on your bank or card statement.

Is the AI my registered agent?

No. Your registered agent of record is MyClicx LLC. Our AI prepares and files your formation and manages your compliance, while a licensed entity serves as your agent as the law requires.
